Cloud Hosting

A secure, DevOps-run cloud environment that we build, operate, and maintain.

Running Odoo well takes hardware, a hardened environment, monitoring, and skilled operators. We provide all of it as a managed service, drawing on experience from many deployments — so you get a stable, right-sized setup without the capital cost or in-house expertise. We can also migrate an existing self-hosted Odoo to our cloud.

Systems drift and accumulate complexity over time, and reactive-only support means waiting for problems — with unpredictable bills. A retainer keeps things healthy proactively, with predictable cost and continuity that doesn't hinge on any one person.

On-demand Support

A successful go-live doesn't guarantee smooth operations — proficiency takes time and needs keep evolving. On-demand support puts consultants who know Odoo deeply on tap, in efficient 30-hour blocks, for whatever isn't covered by Enterprise or your maintenance package.

Helpdesk
Operational questions, plus procedures and manuals.
Change & migration
Configuration for new requirements, data migration, and audits.

New modules and enhancements to existing custom modules — the most common use of on-demand hours.

Odoo Enterprise

The official subscription — premium apps, with bug-fix and upgrade guarantees.

Beyond the open-source Community edition, Enterprise adds productivity features across accounting, projects, CRM, inventory, e-commerce, HR, and POS — plus Studio for no-code app building. The real assurance is the guarantee: Odoo S.A. fixes standard-feature bugs (now across all versions) and supports version upgrades.

An upgrade-based service: versions more than three generations behind the latest incur a 25% surcharge (from ~6 months after a major release), so we plan upgrades roughly every 3 years.
