Yes. You can use all standard Odoo apps, such as Accounting, Manufacturing, Project, and Studio.
However, support for services outside the scope of the “Supported Apps” will be limited at Quartile’s discretion.
The following features are included:
- Display of honorifics such as “御中” or “様” along with customer names on printed invoices
- Japanese-style layout for printed forms (e.g., customer on the left header, own company on the right header)
- Adjustable display formats for numerical values (e.g., quantities, unit prices)
- Display of prefecture names in Japanese
- Proposal of payment terms based on monthly closing dates (e.g., “20th of the following month after month-end closing”)
- Consolidated invoices (compatible with qualified invoice requirements)
Please note that in some cases, you may need to wait until the latest version of Odoo is fully supported.

No. This service is intended to provide only those modules that are generally necessary for users in Japan. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
The production environment and the staging environment are included. In the staging environment, you can use a copy of the production data to perform verification tasks.
This service requires a contract for the Odoo Enterprise edition.
The following are mainly assumed:
- Master data: Product categories, products, contacts, users, warehouses, locations, price lists, etc.
- Transactional (outstanding) data: Open sales orders, open purchase orders, inventory, outstanding customer invoices, and outstanding vendor bills.
In principle, we do not provide such support. If the addition of custom features is absolutely necessary, it will not be eligible for the preferential pricing under this service.
We will first conduct a business hearing, and if it seems that Odoo may not be a good fit, we will provide appropriate advice.
If you decide to discontinue the Odoo implementation after signing the implementation service contract, we will not charge you for any unworked hours.
The minimum contract period is one year. If you terminate the contract before the end of the period, we will refund half of the fees for the remaining period.
For implementation fees, we will issue a prepayment invoice for 30% at the time of contract (payment due: within 10 days). After the implementation work is completed, we will issue an invoice for the remaining amount (payment due: end of the following month).
For operation fees, we will issue a monthly invoice at the beginning of each month (payment due: end of the following month).
Payments should be made via bank transfer to the designated account.
There is no limit to Q&A support regarding the supported apps and Japan-specific localization features. For inquiries outside this scope, support will be provided as a paid service.

In principle, yes. We assume version upgrades approximately every 3–4 years.
However, if your usage scope or business scale falls outside the assumptions of this service, additional costs may apply.
